We are looking to add an energetic, devoted, and driven Office Manager to our Corporate team in West Point, Kentucky.
Job Summary:
The Office Manager will handle every aspect of the company's staffing needs. They are responsible for recruiting, training, retaining employees, and also firing employees when necessary. They will combine both recruiting and human resource functions to fully serve our clients.
The Office Manager will manage job application channels and office operations, identify new talent, and screen applicants. Screening may include skills testing and background checks. They will also interview potential candidates and hire qualified new employees. The office manager will maintain extensive networks and a large candidate pool to fill positions quickly and with the most qualified talent.
The Office Manager will perform various administrative duties, including writing and posting job descriptions, filling out paperwork, placing and receiving phone calls, creating training materials, and keeping records of all applicants and new hires.
